The Laurels Retirement Village

Safecall Electrical Provide Programmed and Reactive Maintenance services to a number of Retirement villages throughout South Australia. This is a small job that we carried out at “The Laurels – Mt Barker”

The grounds at this village are just beautiful so when the residents of the village required some more lighting along their path we went about installing it in a way that wouldn’t involve digging large trenches in the well kept lawns. For this project we used commercial grade aluminium Die cast LED bollard lighting and installed the cabling to depth using a hand held trenching device.

The pictures highlight that even on the day of installation we were able to install the cabling with minimum mess and disruption to the lawns. This lawn fully recovered within 2 weeks of installation and now it is unrecognisable that cables have been trenched into this ground.

With the Terratrenching tool Safecall Electrical can install 240V and ELV cabling in areas that excavators cannot reach or to areas that would be damaged by larger equipment.
