At this project in Hove SA, Safecall Electrical supplied wired and installed the electrical system on 2 bespoke homes.
These 2 beautifully appointed homes each had a their own individual specifications with one being sold off plan and one constructed for sale.
both houses were built with the superior high performance construction of ICF . This requires some additional installation techniques when wiring electrical services and safecall co-ordinated well with all trades during the construction.
The spacious family home has 3 large bedrooms, Energy efficient LED downlights throughout, Underfloor heating to bathrooms, feature pendants to kitchen and bathrooms, NBN structured cabling, and High quality Appliances.
As a Torrens title home Safecall electrical installed the electrical underground cabling from the street to the house, installed the meter box enclosure, main earth system, arranged council permits, Dial before you Digs and for SA Power networks to install the metering equipment.
